Shipping

Be sure to note the time required for each product to be made and ship. After the payment is confirmed, the product start been manufactured.

We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or Hollidays. Shipping confirmation will be emailed as soon as your order has been sent.

Free Shipping Within Brazil

Helen Rödel orders within Brazil are sent by Correios service. Once your order has been dispatched a tracking number will be emailed so you can follow your delivery process.

Although Correios deadline are often entrusted, orders can be delayed due to matters out of our control.

International Orders

For International Orders we charge a flat USD $70 shipping fee.

Once your order has dispatched you will be emailed a tracking number, with this your full delivery process will be trackable. Please contact the respective Courrier for any delivery enquiries, Helen Rödel is no longer responsible once your order has shipped.

Please note that Helen Rödel will not be responsible for any customs or import charges and delivery time excludes custom clearance delays. International shipping may incur duties and taxes in some countries. Please check with your local customs regarding duties and taxes in your country. Helen Rödel is not liable for these duties and taxes and if the order is returned to sender the duties and tax charges will be deducted from the order payment if it needs to be reversed.
